We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order. In fact, if the product you purchase is grossly misrepresented in any way, you are entitled to receive a full refund (less shipping) upon the returning of the product. (grossly misrepresented means you received the wrong product in this case.)
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
If the product you purchase is returned for a refund, you will incur a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. (Please see our Guarantee policy on "gross misrepresentation"). Reasons such as "I've changed my mind" or "I had no idea it would take longer than a few days to create a handbuilt masterpiece, so I want to cancel my order" or any excuse other than gross-misrepresentation, DO NOT apply and therefore will not be considered for return/refund. This is custom work, not Wal-mart.
